Facing challenge while using Import csv to database smart service.

Hi Community, 

I using Import CSV to Database smart service to load data into a database staging table. and I am getting the below error. Can anyone please help?

I don't see any error details. It seems you forgot to add it. Can you add the error detail?

Cross check your csv header names once or if possible share configuration screenshot.

does your csv has header?.. if yes then set file has header: true and Start Row: 1

please share all configuration if not resolve the issue.
