Has anyone used adobe pdf service & sign connected system on self managed (on-prem) envs

When I am trying to use the adobe plugin onto on-prem env it is throwing below error:

While with the same integration key it is working fine on cloud env. Does anyone have any idea how we can fix this

Are you behind a proxy or firewall? Seems the connected system is not able to connect to an adobe url.

Could you make a ping against the url shown in the message?

Tried that but says host could not be found

THat's the reason why the smart service is failing... because you don't have connection against that adobe server.

Are you using a VPN?¿
