Import CSV to Database v6 - capture additional column

I am using Import CSV to Database v6 to import CSV file to a database. I have a field in the table that is not part of the CSV. I tried to configure the additional column and additional value thinking that will store the value into the table but it didn't save the value in the table. Any thoughts how to populate the field in the table that is not part of the CSV using this plugin? For instance, my table has 5 columns, my csv has 4 columns and I want to store a value in the 5th column of the table (e.g. hardcoded value). Thank you.
