There is a problem with task "Move To Collab" in the process "FILE_SHARED_DRIVE_CONNECTION"

Problem:  An error occurred in executing an Activity Class.

Details:  com.appiancorp.suiteapi.process.exceptions.SmartServiceException: java.lang.Exception: User xxxx is not a System Administrator. You must run the Move to Collab smart node as an administrator.

Recommended Action:  Examine the activity class to correct the error and then resume.

Priority of this problem: High Priority

This message has been sent by Appian

Still even after the node in the process model was configured as "Run as who ever designed the process" says - com.appiancorp.suiteapi.process.exceptions.SmartServiceException: java.lang.Exception: User xxxx is not a System Administrator. You must run the Move to Collab smart node as an administrator.

This is not about security roles for objects, but about the user account type.

Well, then the designer is no sys admin. Did you check that? BTW, the designer in this context is the person doing the last deployment.

Nope i don't have not previously deployed any app in this particular appian instance.

Can you be specific is this error saying that SYS ADMIN is different from the Administrator who creates an application in Appian ? - for example - when i create an new app in "Appian Designer" windows i will be the Administrator of that app right is that same as "SYS ADMIN" mentioned in this error ?
