LDAP Tool Plugin not updating Appian profile attributes?

Hi,

I have a question I am using LDAP Tool to get users from AD and automatically create their profile in Appian.I am facing one issue which is in AD there are few fields which are not correctly coming in Appian profile.

for instance user manager is not coming even though I have mapped AD "manager" attribute to "User Supervisor username " Appian field. below is the screen shot of LDAP User Profile Synchronization process model input node.

also for few users state is not coming and few custom fields are also not coming ?

Did anyone use LDAP Tool for user profile synchronization?

I am also having issue with LDAP user sync.

I am not sure why users are not loading in Appian under the groups. When I look into Designer ->  LDAP Sync -> Monitoring, there is no error in the logs.

In your case, are you able to see the users under the specified groups?

yes I can see users in group but in Appian Profile data is not proper like Custom Fields mismatch and manager also.
