Microsoft Office Document Editor

I'm using the Microsoft Document Editor Helper Servlets and Functions advanced plugin to display editable Word/Excel/PowerPoint documents from our Knowledge Center in an interface via microsoftDocumentEditorField().
However, a failure popup appears when users try to open/view/edit the document (screenshot attached for reference).

Please suggest the possible steps or configuration changes required to resolve this issue?
