need help for google chart plug-in

Are you able to provide more detail? What do the X and Y axes represent? What do the individual columns represent within the Y axis? What do the Euro values on each star on the line chart represent? Do the charts (and it does look like two charts overlaid) need to be overlaid as per your screenshot?
