PDF Tools - Merge PDF Smart service Error

While using the Merge Pdf smart service i am getting the below error.

Error com.appiancrop.util.BundleUtils - Cannot retrieve the value for key "Contents.error.userMsg" from the bundle.

Error com.appiancrop.util.BundleUtils - Cannot retrieve the value for key "Contents.error.alertMsg" from the bundle.

com.appiancorp.suiteapi.process.exceptions.SmartServiceException: userMsg[contents.error.userMsg=???contents.error.userMsg???]

alertMsg[contents.error.alertMsg=???contents.error.alertMsg???]

Any suggestion would be helpful..

Can you provide more information?
What is your use case?
What is your plugin version and what is your appian version?
on demand or in cloud?

What did you maintain as parameter?

We are having the same error where we are trying to merge multiple pdf files into a single file.

We are using version 2.4.0 in the Appian cloud 22.3

I also have the same problem and no solution now while use the Merge Pdf service to activate cubes 2048. Hope that someone can give use possible solutions.
