We recently migrated our Appian environment from a legacy EC2-based infrastructure to Kubernetes. Following the migration, the below plugins have started failing.

Affected Plugins:

Both plugins were working as expected prior to the infrastructure migration.

Issue

After moving to Kubernetes:

  • The components are failing to load in the UI.

    Questions
  1. Has anyone experienced plugin compatibility issues after migrating to Kubernetes-based Appian environments?
  2. Are there any additional configuration steps required for custom plugins in Kubernetes deployments?
  3. Is there any known compatibility issue with these specific plugins in Kubernetes environments?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am no expert in running Appian, but did you check the log files for the plugins being deployed?

Did you configure the URLs correctly: docs.appian.com/.../Post-Install_Configurations.html

Yes. We are using Appian cloud and plugins were working fine before the migration
