Read Qr from PDF

Hello,

I am using Read QR from pdf in my process model, it works well in the interface but when i start it on site it does not work and gives this error

"An error occurred in executing an Activity Class."

Did you try to convert the PDF to images (using the PDF tools plugin) and then using this plugin to scan each of the images for the QR code using this plugin: community.appian.com/.../barcode-and-qr-code-utilities

Read QR from pdf - are you using any specific plugin ?
