Registration plugin is not working

Hi Team,

We have custom registration plugin and we used to for our registration form, will show first and last names and email of the user and a captcha to verification then will allow to submit the button. Now, we are facing issue that input fields and some content in the page is no longer visible in the registration form.

Could you please update me if you have any idea .
