SFTP Function not working post plugin upgrade

Hi All,

I am getting this error after upgarding the SFTP Functions Plugin version from 1.7.0 to 4.1.1 -

Error copying the Appian document to the remote server. See application server log for more details. Error Message: Permission denied

Can someone please advise urgently what changes are required to use this upgraded SFTP version.

Newer plugin versions remove the support for old unsafe SSL versions. I suggest to check with the team running the SFTP server.

What is suggested here? We are using private key mechanism to authenticate the connectivity.

Update the server to support the latest SSL versions.
