"Zip Utility" and "Password Protected Zip" both plugins are not working correctly while trying to create a password protected zip.

I want to create a password protected zip and while executing this plugin, it creates the zip but it is not password protected zip file. Also, while I trying to extract the files from zip, getting error for all the files in zip.

I am facing the same issue with another plugin (Zip Utility -> Create Zip File) from same provider.

Do you see any error in logs when running the smart service?

If password is not provided, then zip file works fine and files extracted properly. The issue is when we provide a password to create a encrypted zip.

Without more info, you should open a ticket to appian support....
