Cannot Send Email from "Process Initiator", "Process Designer" and "Custom Sender" but sending from "Process Model" or "Process" is fine.

Hi, 

I cannot Send Email from "Process Initiator", "Process Designer" and "Custom Sender"

However, sending from "Process Model" or "Process" is working fine.

please help.

    What does "cannot" mean? Error message? Email not received? Can you share some details?

    hi,

    the process model run fine without any error but I never receive any email.

    Then, the problem is not in Appian. The problem here is that Appian sends the email with a sender address using a domain the Appian system does not own. Your email server will check this and classify that email as spam.
