Custom sender email functionality not working

Hi Team,

The custom sender email functionality was working fine until last day in the environment. Suddenly it had stopped working and the send email node is getting errored, and error message says, "Failed to send email".

Have anyone faced a similar issue, we have also observed that all the other mail functionality like process model is working fine. Please help us on this issue.
