DNS records for Email services

Working on the "Send Email" smart service in Appian.  I've set up a custom sender. In the admin console, during email verification, it prompts me to create DNS records. I'm unsure about the process. Can someone provide guidance on creating DNS records for Appian verification?

Hi NIsha,

Could be possible that your issue is related with some misconfiguration in Appian?

I have a similar question. I've checked the link you provided, and it mentions creating DNS records. Can you assist me in understanding how to create DNS records in Appian?

or let me know how to create DNS records outside Appian and if there are any other sources (like Azure) to create DNS records.
