Email smart service setup not showing the documents

I'm trying to send attachments through email smart service but it is showing that there are no documents present even though there are 13 of them present. Please share your thoughts.

    This is happening because none of the documents in AX Documents folder is a Text file. You can only attach .txt files in the message body of this smart service
