Enable the "Return to all assignees" but have the "Reject", "Reassign" button enabled

Hello team,

is there a way how to have the option "Return to all assignees" kept enabled but disable the "Reject", "Reassign" buttons? If i set set the reassignment option of task to "No Privilege" it will disable the "Reject" and "Reassign" options, but as well the "Return to all assignees" which i need to keep enabled once i accept the task.
