Error while creating records

Dear Community, Good Afternoon..

I have built a case management app based on a tutorial named "IT Ticket Journey". But, due to some issues, i was unable to create a record. Attached screenshot of the error for your reference
Request you to kindly look into this and guide us to a solution and also where i went wrong during this  process ?

    Hi Mathieu, Thank you so much for responding on my query. Issue is, while capturing details in the column, details are not getting saved for completion of record creation..

    Have you properly configured the saveInto and value in the textField which you highlighted?
