when i upload a document in the interface..,the process is running well and instances were recorded in the folder but the folder is beeing empty(it is not containing the document which i uploaded in UI)

    How did you check this? In designer normal flat view, it shows only objects which are part of the application. An uploaded document is not. Try to switch to hierarchy view and navigate to the folder.
