Getting Email after a process start, for change in Knowledge Center

Hi Appian Devs
I am getting  an email for everytime i hit the process model, in my test environment.
The process is to add a template, basically a file upload field in the interface which is linked to a folder, "templates" inside the Knowledge center.


The email on every hit of adding the template is here below:

amzad.hussain@telusinternational.com has requested a change to add a new file "Short_Name Template File" to the "TCT_KC" Knowledge Center.
