Getting out from task

Once i clicked on any left section like general , programetic i am getting out from task, if i see in process instance task is there only ,i how to resolve this ?

    What do you mean by getting Out of Task ?

    Where you are getting routed?

    What is the Status of Task after that??

    Status is same , task is getting disappiear

    after that i am coming on home page
