I'm having Issues with *Create Eml File from OOTB Poller* !!

When triggering a process model from the Receive message event by sending a simple mail, it works fine. I'm having an error like the above when adding an Attachment to the Start process triggering mail also, I'm having an Error with Create Eml File from OOTB Poller "An error occurred while creating the note. (APNX-1-4101-005)"

Receive Message Event error has been resolved by  providing a Folder for Attachments  in Properties> Email Attachment Folder > a new folder

and "An error occurred while creating the note. (APNX-1-4101-005)"  error resolved  by changing Assignment Run as whoever designed this process model
