Why do you say that is not working? are you receiving any error or exception? or the problem is that the data is not being updated?

You cannot delete the question once posted.

I think what happened is - They posted a question to which David replied but they somehow found the answer or don't need the answer anymore. Now because they can't delete the question, they just renamed the subject and removed the body.
