Import excel to Database smart service not including any rows where row is less than batch size

Import excel to Database smart service not including any rows where row is less than batch size.

i am uploading an excel with 121965 rows in it with batch size 1000.
now the problem is Appian is only considering 121000 rows and excluding last 965 rows.

can anybody help?
