Process Modeling

Version : Appian 20.3. I have a process with 2 Event Receivers : "External_Escalaion" & "Escalation". I have a User Input node which escalates, sending  a message to destination called "External_Escalation" (in the same process). I would expect to receive the message only on the "External_Escalation" node, however it triggers the other as well. Any clues ? 

Hi All, I am able to update one entry of a ticket. In process model, I have update Form view with populated data; i need to store copy as old version i.e. before submit/save using process model as per below screenshot, How to achieve this? Finally, i want to get list of all updates done previously for a given ticket number and show in table grid view. I guess before submit/save i need to add some node.to insert data before save data Thanks, Deepak

Hi All, Objective: Get History details of selected Ticket Number from table row. Process Model: Step1: Get & Show latest Ticket Number details data step2: Store the Old ticket data and changed data into Single table(can be two tables),so that there will be two/more entries for same ticket. Need Process model and its related script/ steps guidance on above requirement. I have already built process model to achieve step1 above and able to update one  ticket, but addin one more updated  entry for history   seems difficult Please let me know if required input information is not clear. I have two sections in the same form as- Section 1. Shows Ticket details on form with on selecting table row from a table(achieved this) section 2. shows updates history for selected ticket.(Not sure how to do using process model design ?) I have a process model used in record type having table to show tickets list and update a single ticket details when selected, which is working fine, he I have single CDT mapped to DB. How to achieve section 2 is my challenge? Here, on loading form having data populated need to store copy of record before submitting and update entry in the same table(can use two table if needed) Can be multiple rows to show ticket history in table below- 

Hello everyone I have a question. I have an interface in a process. Inside the interface, I have local variables with values ( f.e. local!test) but I will save draft the instance to continue later. When I am back to this,my local!test is empty , anyones knows how could i fix that? Thank you for all.
