Issue in smart service 'export data store entity to excel' / only 4036 rows coming in excel

We are using smart service 'export data store entity to excel'. While downloading the excel it has 4036 rows but in table in database it has more than 4036 records. We tried same with different table, limiting number of columns but each time it only generates 4036 rows in excel even if data in table is 4080 or more. 

Can anyone suggest is there any limit in number of rows being generated through this smart service, or we can find any alternative method to this issue.

    Have you found any solution/alternative for this issue ? Im also facing this issue since it fetching out only limited data (doesn't generate excel , instead break in process model in 23.4 version). Any suggestion would be great help!

    yeah I did. It has thrown contact system administrator error.

    I thought querying the view is not working but it does work well in other regions and I optimized it but still this smart service is not working in fetching out data from view( having 10600 rows)
