Need to get process error message (technical error)

Hi Team,

In Prod particular process getting error and seeing 400+ instances failed in process monitoring with process with errors. I want to create process report and get the error message those instances in the part of the report field and I will segregate the issue based on this. Do we have any function or predefined to get this??

Kindly help on this.
