Not able to see task on Task tab

I have created Process model to add vehicle after approval from supervisor. For approval, task is created. When I debug the process model , not able to see task on Task tab. Please help me out.

The task would need to be assigned either to your user or to a group your user is in, in order for it to show up on your Task list.  Can you confirm what the assignment setting of this task is?

Assign it to Supervisor group

Can you confirm whether your user account is currently a member of that group?
