Problem: An error has occurred in evaluation of an expression for a Start Event. Details: ERROR:EVAL:@reason=Assignment in invalid location Recommended Action: Examine and correct the expressions on the Start Event's Event Properties.

In the time box you have =1:00:0 but The time field needs format as h:mm a . Can you try replacing the value to simply 1:00 a it should come up like this  

you can type in the box directly without opening the expression editor.

However, I did updated the process model (timer) as you mentioned but I am still getting the below error email after I Save and Publish the process model.
