Process error in Post comment to feed entry smart service

Hi

when the process hits the Post comment to feed entry smart service it was errored out saying like below:

An error occurred while trying to post a command or hazard to feed(entry id(1.840,280) Details: The supply feed entry (1,840,280) is not accessible (APNX-1-4181-100) 

Kindly just on this

I think this means that there isn't an existing feed entry with that value (1840280). You have to ensure the post is valid in order to associate a comment to it, and usually you can do this by saving the identifier of the post as an output from the Post Event / Post System event smart services.

HI Dharanik,
While using post feed smart service you have to get output of entry id and store it somewhere, that entry Id you should use for respective entry to post comment.
