Process Model

Hi All,

Facing this issue for particular users when using a process model as a link for an Interface card component. The error is . I am using it in a card in the interface

Kindly Help.

    Did you check the user has initiator permission for this process model?

    I would start by making sure that the start form is properly mapped in the process and that it is not throwing any errors when you open it in Designer.

    Hi Swetha, As you are saying ,it's happening for few users then I would suggest you to check the permission for those users. If possible compare permission between who is able to start the process and who is not.
