Process models are not opening after Appian upgrade

Hi All,

Recently we have upgraded the Appian version  to 22.4.455.0  from 21.3  . after the upgrade process models are not opening and its keep on loading , But for some people its opeing in incognito mode , we have tried in both edge and chrome. I have attached the image below can somebody please help me on this

    Did you try to delete cookies and other cached page content?
