Process related errors in stdout logs

Question

Hi,
Getting the following error in stdout logs, for some of the process models.
Although process instances are being executed successfully.
2025-07-11 13:40:02,385 [Appian Work Item - 38719 - WorkID 637 - execution03 - process 6367361 - model 17 : EstablishProcessInstanceParentageRequest] ERROR com.appiancorp.naming.ShardRoutingServiceImpl - com.appiancorp.suiteapi.process.exceptions.InvalidObjectTypeIdException: Failed to fetch id block from Service Manager for type ACr and id -2147483648
Has anyone experienced this kind of error.

We have also encountered a similar issue - it's an Appian internal issue with ID generation. This occurs when establishing parent-child process relationships but doesn't affect functionality.
You don't need to worry about it as it's not a designer/coding issue. However, you can contact Appian support with the error details since it involves internal components.
