Properties not opening in Process Instance.

The properties in the process model is not opening. Please suggest some solution for it. I have the rights to modify the process model as well.

Hi, could you please provide a visual representation of your process model, such as a screenshot or picture? This will help us pinpoint the exact location of the issue.

The highlighted properties icon is not working for the process instance

Not sure why the icon is not working. However, you can view and edit process model properties by selecting File > Properties in the Process Modeler.
