Receive Message Event (Mail to Process Model) (Guest User)

I'm facing an error while triggering a process from an email. Once it is triggered I have tried below two things basically

1. Extracting Data from Document

2. Move document to particular folder

And user is guest since i am triggering from an email.

Any insights or guidance on resolving this would be much appreciated

Hi hemanthk0084,

Please change the lane setting to "Run as whoever designed this process model" and try to run.
