Regarding getting an error in Script Task

I am getting an error like "ERROR: Work item cancelled (Data Outputs)" in script task in the process. How can I resolve this problem? Any idea?

    Check if the user account running the process is active.
    Validate script task for errors, including syntax, logic, and data input/output issues.
    Still persist share script task details.
