Regarding process model path

Hi Readers,

I have a query regarding the process model designing, i want to know can we do the below thing to happen.

A single process start for which has a drop down options A, B, C and D for suppose, based on which the process model acts up on.
There are four databases as well named as db-A, db-B, db-C and db-D.

And Now,
when i select A from the drop down present in the start form and click on submit then the details entered in the form need to go to db-A,
when i select B from the drop down present in the start form and click on submit then the details entered in the form need to go to db-B, 
when i select C from the drop down present in the start form and click on submit then the details entered in the form need to go to db-C,
when i select D from the drop down present in the start form and click on submit then the details entered in the form need to go to db-D. 

Is it possible to make this happen from a process model. If Yes please provide me the insights for doing so.
