1.) What is your overall scenario?
2.) What is the error?
3.) What do you expect instead?

the username changes but the process stops

In the instance please go to "Process Details" and then to the "Errors" tab.  The one you've shown us in your first screenshot is just for the node, and unfortuantely error messages shown on individual nodes are never helpful for some reason.
