Sent Receive Messages

Hi I ,

have configure the Sent Receive Messages but they just stop to work.

I don't think is the configuration it seems that I have conflict with it in the server, so I want to ask is there is a way by analyzing logs to see what is the issue.

We are still on 18.1  with the last package for that version.
