Start process link not displayed because the system is in a degraded (stateless) status or the cache is full.

Hi Appian Gurus,

In an application when I click on a link of type Start process link I am getting the below mentioned pop up, how to resolve this and how to prevent this kind of errors occuring in future

Sounds like a great reason to open a support case. This is not something you as an Appian designer can resolve.

Did you check performance of the platform? Did you run a healthcheck? Could you please check logs?

Yes, we did all that and

Performance of the platform ? : is good but while developing the object is automatically refreshing it

check logs? & run a healthcheck ? : In the log it is mentioned that there is a a problem with spooling the data

We need to identify the reason for the poor performance. I recommend checking MyAppian, running a health check, and reviewing the monitoring tools (performance of interfaces , records, er....). If the problem continues, consider opening a support case.
