Task received but not visible

I have a question regarding the visibility of UIT in tasks.

I have tried assigning the task using process variable, individual users and also through groups. All the users and groups are part of the application and have viewer permissions. Also, I made sure to run multiple instances(one for each assignee). All the assignees are receiving the tasks but when they open it, they get a blank interface. But the same task, when opened by me is working fine.

 

I tried the troubleshooting mentioned in the documentation: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/22.4/Testing_and_Debugging_Problems_with_Process_Models.html and nothing worked.

The user input task in not been configured as quick task and the assigned users are part of the application and has basic user permissions(viewer).

(I am new to Appian. I hope I was doing it correctly. Any help is appreciated.)

Could it be that you enabled multiple languages and you set your user to a different one than the others?

As you said, I matched the language to the assigned user and it worked great. Thanks a lot.

In Appian, you can define a default language. I recommend to set any developer accounts to this default language to make sure that you assign interfaces to the correct language in user input tasks.
