The number of batched tasks per node would exceed the limit of 1000 error after setting MNI

I still got this error "The number of tasks per node  (Node name) would exceed the limit of 1000" after setting MNI as below: 

Could some one help clarify the use of the highlighted tick box please? I thought it is to replace the looping if there are more than 1000 instances for the process node?

    MNI is not meant to replace looping, it is one of the options available.
