Triggering a Process Model by sending Email in ON PREMISE

Hi Everyone,

I was trying to trigger a Process model by sending email in ON PREMISE.

Could you please help me on what will be the email address to trigger process model. Normally for cloud its pretty easy, the email address will be (processmodeluuid@******.appiancloud.com)

Like the same , what will be email address ( domain & subdomain ) for a process model in ON PREMISE to trigger??

My current environment URL for Appian is like this -- https://********.corp.local/suite/

Any help would be appreciated

For on premise you need to set conf.mailhandler.alias.HelpDeskRequest property in custom properties file. also set conf.suite.ANONYMOUS_ACCESS this to true.
