Unable to edit Expression Editor in process Model

Hi All,

I'm experiencing a quirky behavior. I am a system administrator and have designer group access but unable to edit process model expression editors of script task, email nodes etc. I have also tried in Designer view and made sure it is not analyst view. Please advise.
