Solved

When configuring XOR node, I applied a " or(pv!cancel) " condition in the decision tab but it is only showing one node (write records), End Node option is not showing.

Yeah I'd drag the nodes around.  See if the line from Cancel? is really FROM cancel, or if you nearly attached it to the line between User Input Task and End but not quite.  I do that all the time

Could it be that the connection between the XOR and the end node is actually between the UIT and the end node? Try to move the XOR up or down.

     Hello [mention:773ca417d9d84c5da1bc0016515d4d08:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]

As Stefan mentioned have you thoroughly checked the connectivity between the nodes? try removing the XOR and adding it back again if so.

What did you change to solve this? In case others are looking for a solution to a similar issue.

Try adding an script task between the XOR and the end node... just for testing
