which type of links can we use in editable grid other than related action

Hi Team,

I wanted to give a link in Editable grid ,on clicking of it it will open a task, I have tried with start process link, but its is not working in editable grid.

Note:Editable grid is again placed in a related action.

Let me know possible ways to configure the link.
