Write to records node

Hi All,

I have few records and out of those if i am trying to open any sync enabled records it's taking more than 30 mins ,
not only opening if i am trying to sync these records it's taking forever.
At the same time if i am trying to create or update any value for these synched records using "Write Records" in process model it's taking minimum of 15 mins, in some cases it's throwing "system encountered an error" , but when I checked in the database the write happened quickly (<1 min).

We are using Oracle Database.

We are not quite sure why this is happening,
any leads /ideas?
