About record type

Hi I am querying a record type to get usernames. I am getting all the records except one record. There is no such filter too. I also checkd whether recordtype is syncing or not. It is also syncing properly. The usernane is also in the record type and database table. What can be the reason? Please suggest a solution.

    Can you share a few more details? Nobody here is keen on trying to guess what might be the issue without knowing anything.
