am using the Appian Community Edition environment for learning.

Hello Appian Support Team,

I am using the Appian Community Edition environment for learning.

When I try to create a new Record Type using the “From Scratch” option, I receive the following error:

“The data source cannot be reached or its configuration is invalid. Please contact your system administrator.”

Could you please check whether there is an issue with the database/data source configuration in my environment?

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can continue with the learning exercises.
